I currently reside downtown Indianapolis juggling a full-time job and starting my first venture in real estate ASAP Indy Homes. Being in my 30’s I’ve realized life is too short to live on everyone else’s terms. I’m prioritizing my priorities to live a more fulfilled life. This past year I set out to conquer my self-limiting beliefs and pursue the things that have been holding me back– like having braces at 33 before jaw surgery this fall. The jaw surgery is just the physical rendition of what has been going on internally for so many years and once the jaw surgery is complete I feel like my outside will finally match who I am at my most inner core. I know that may sound crazy to a lot of you, but for those that have lived with a deformity know what a toll it takes on your self-confidence. I fought for so long to accept myself as I was and to work on getting the inside right, but after a lot of research I’ve come to the conclusion that you owe it to yourself to do what you need to do to be able to look in the mirror and love who you are. This is my outlet to think, write and express who I am without apologies. Enjoy.
